I first went to this pharmacy around 3pm. I stayed at least half an hour for a vaccine and to wait as expected. The staff is very kind. Specifically, I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and kindness of a young girl who deals with cosmetic products. She was so attentive to her customers and so proactive in recommending products and cosmetics that I thought she was the owners' daughter. It's rare to see someone so genuinely interested in predicting the buyers' wants and needs. I think it will become my go-to pharmacy. In Rome finding polite and smiling people in shops is rare ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND My wife has severe lactose intolerance and this is stated in a report from the emergency room of S. Giovanni in Rome in 2015, after hospitalization for drug-induced anaphylactic shock. Last week he bought an antibiotic prescribed by a specialist doctor in this pharmacy, then at home he noticed the presence of the allergen. The next day she returned to the pharmacy to replace the medicine but was refused, first by the employee on duty, then by the owner who did not want to take back a medicine sold even if it would not be possible to use it due to the presence of the allergen. The issue is not the 7 euros for the drug but if we had not noticed the allergen, today, we would be mourning yet another tragedy with the posthumous search for responsibilities, first of the doctor who makes a mistake in the prescription of the antibiotic, then of the pharmacist who knowingly sells a drug that is harmful to people's health!!! You should never profit from your health!

They are very professional, very kind, very accurate, very helpful. Even when crowded, even when faced with "difficult" customers. They offer many services for both health and beauty. Here it is possible to have beauty treatments as well as obtain certified indications for finding a caregiver. In my experience it is the best pharmacy in the area.
