The worst pharmacy in the area due to rude and arrogant staff. They always ask you too many unnecessary questions and argue about generic drugs that everyone else easily sells without a prescription. For example, last time I was refused the low-dose vitamin D supplement "Dbase", which in practice however is not prescribed with any unofficial prescription. In my case it was recommended to me by a doctor, but in the list of "supplements" alongside Omega3 and Vitamin C. When I opposed this absurdity, the young employee who had just graduated and was evidently not an expert in matter, he allowed himself to say that "I lacked respect for him". Instead, the real lack of respect lies in wasting customers' time and energy unnecessarily and not even trying to propose any alternatives (which for a vitamin D are found in abundance). So never again will I feel lazy taking a walk towards the next pharmacy like I did today.

Excellent pharmacy, attentive staff available for advice. They organize themed days, even for our animal "friends"...

A pharmacy with such rude employees and such shamelessly high prices would have gone bankrupt anywhere else in Milan. Luckily for them they are in a strategic point of the city and do not have to submit to the market rules. Anyway my money never again.

I ask for a molecular swab, without even giving me different options, I pay directly for that with results in 24 hours. I read and learned only after paying the 20 euro surcharge for this service (since until that moment no one had handed me any information leaflet). The pharmacist at the checkout guarantees me the result in the evening, WHICH CLEARLY NEVER HAPPENED. Not very professional, not very attentive to the customer's needs, not very prepared given that in the various attempts to get explanations I received different answers and reasons from each employee who answered the phone. I received the outcome exactly along with those who had not paid for the same service as me. To my email requesting a refund for the 20 euro fee (surcharge for a service never received), the response was that it was highlighted in bold that the 24 hours began from the transfer of the swabs to the laboratory, so it was a real shame not to have received said piece of paper at the cash desk before payment but only after and that I was not informed of this when I was paying, but of something completely different. IT IS AN INCORRECT COMMERCIAL PRACTICE, for 20 euros they are putting their reputation on the line which evidently, for themselves first and foremost, is not worth much more than that. Never again

Be wary of this pharmacy! They are dishonest, they don't want to give you generic medicines and they inflate the prices enormously! Furthermore, I had asked for a blood sugar test machine and they wanted to charge me around sixty euros for it even though I could have it for free, as I later discovered in another pharmacy! Terrible!
