I've been going to the Licari pharmacy for years, my parents used to go there. Regardless of the staff, the owner's responsibility is also exceptional from a human point of view. Three years ago she also took care of organizing the supply of oxygen for my mother in August in view of their closure for holidays.

I show up for the swab, appropriately booked the day before, 10 minutes early to complete the payment and document delivery procedures. I ask for directions a couple of times but none of the staff can tell me anything, just to queue for medicine. In the meantime, a lady who has NOT booked enters (without respecting the queue), pays and goes to get swabbed. I allow myself to protest and I am treated badly because... I was 2 minutes ahead of schedule. They dress like doctors but they aren't even traders: the hardware store next door is far more professional.

They don't respect closing time........

I went with my mother to get swabbed. they are very precise, give the answer quickly and are very kind and professional. furthermore they also wrote me the report in English due to my enrollment in an American school. highly recommended
