I also thought it was in their nature to be kind and courteous. After today I sadly realize that pharmacies are no longer services for those in need but commercial shops where instead of shoes... Bread... Or creams... They also sell you medicines and I'll stop here

I don't live in Lippo but if I need something without an emergency I'm happy to go, they're always very kind and competent, I prefer small pharmacies where you always find the same people and not those that now seem like supermarkets
