Despite being a reputable pharmacy, I was very disappointed with the treatment I received when I went to have my earlobe removed. Meanwhile, the staff did not use safety tools, i.e. gloves to avoid infection. After which the girl in charge had to puncture twice due to a defective piercing. Despite the mistake made by the staff themselves, at the time of payment they charged me for two punctures. Unacceptable…

Farmacia Liviero has become my point of reference for supplements and body creams as well as traditional medicines. The first time I came in by chance looking for some supplements. I immediately found the staff friendly and available for any clarification. Very attentive to seasonality, to the period. Large variety of products. Super recommended for professionalism, kindness and customer care

On Saturday morning I come in as soon as I leave the hospital, where the doctor tells me to show the resignation letter at the pharmacy to get a medicine that was missing. The drug is given to me, but then I realize that the pharmacist took the liberty of writing in pen on my discharge document (to reiterate that it was not a prescription). I would have preferred to go out without the drug rather than come home with the 'modified' letter. It was enough to say it out loud. These are official documents signed by a doctor, I found it to be a very incorrect act. They won't see me again. Regarding the pharmacy owner's response to my review, I would like to underline that the pharmacist's pen writing on the resignation letter is not part of any procedure established by the pharmacists' association or by any relevant law. The Ministerial Decree of 31 March 2008 art. 4 provides for the delivery of drugs in the presence of a letter of resignation within 2 days following the date of resignation, the pharmacist to protect himself can proceed to have the customer/patient sign a specific form but that's all (unlike what happens for prescriptions expired in which the pharmacist is required to write on the prescription or affix a stamp to prevent the prescription from being re-offered in other pharmacies).

Very dynamic, cheerful staff, with a strong empathy towards the patient, ready to advise and dispense any useful advice for the well-being of those who enter this bright and well-stocked pharmacy.

These guys are spectacular, I live in Padua and every time I come to my parents and I need them I find them available, competent and polite.
