WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE? Why do you have a job in which you have to serve people if you clearly hate people and are completely incompetent, antipatico and lacking empathy? Every one of the Lloyd's pharmacies in this area have the same problem, to varying degrees. Neighbors - walk a little further and don't continue to support this chain. edit: Lloyd's 'assistenza' replied, so I emailed them with receipts, and what was their resonse? Nulla. No reply. It's apparent that Lloyd's management is ultimately the problem and until they are changed, Lloyd's will continue to decline.
Slow and disorganized... Love don't worry I'm fine, I'll be home by Christmas...
They tried to sell us a different product than what we asked for without even telling us anything. When we noticed it and came back, they tried to justify themselves by saying that the effect is similar, they are the pharmacists so they are right. In the end, after insisting, they gave us our money back at least... If you ask the greengrocer for an apple and he gives you a pear, you expect him to at least tell you that what he put in the bag is not the same as what you asked for, even if similar, right? What if I'm allergic to pears? The impression was clearly that of wanting to complete the sale without interest in the customer's needs.
In this period of pandemic the staff of this pharmacy are kind, yes, but long in serving. And they don't enforce the queue. Today an acquaintance of the pharmacy staff arrives under the water, walks briskly in without even taking her number and gets served. When he finishes I point out to him that even if he knows the staff or if he works there, you also have to respect the queue. And like a rude girl she laughs at me and goes away.
kind staff but the assistant is rude to most customers, problem solving a little low, many problems with print pad management. Kind manager but there were a lot of PC problems with the terminal. I understand the chaos of this period
