Horrible!!! I understand why there are so many 1 star reviews. I wish I could give NEGATIVE stars!!! All 3 employees are incompetent, rude and very unprofessional. And it is not just THIS location, but it seems that the tendency of Lloyds staff is to be miserable snobs who hate customers. This location is the worst in the area (although not by much). This is the last time I give my money to Lloyds. I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but they have a 100% track record of horrible service. No other pharmacy has this problem, in my experience. Reading the comments, I see that Lloyds is responding, but nothing has changed after years of complaints. Keep up this "token" effort, Lloyds. I will tell everyone who will listen about how bad your stores are.

I don't understand all these negative comments. The staff is friendly and competent. Furthermore, there is always a large assortment of drugs

It closes at 1pm and reopens at 3.30pm. the sign outside says all day hours and one goes there for nothing!!!!!Since the staff changed recently it's a disaster. The new young black employee doesn't know how to handle paperwork. I presented her with 4 prescriptions for medicines, she checked the patient's name on the computer, I gave her the tax code, the prescriptions written (4) in block letters, she took the prescribed medicines. I paid and when it was time to give me the receipt if it was blocked, something wasn't right. So: . She asked me for the alphanumeric code of the medicines, looked in the waste paper bin for other pieces of paper, went through the boxes one by one (7), did I don't know what other things and realized that she had given me 7 boxes instead of the 8 prescribed. He redid the bill and I had to add another 2 euros to the ticket. It took me more than 40 minutes!!! Every time it gets confused for anything even the simplest. Hire qualified staff please.

Well-stocked pharmacy and quite large room. An extra smile when serving the customer wouldn't hurt
