This was the only pharmacy that was willing to go out of their way to explain in detail to a non Italian speaking tourist the intricies in obtaining necessary documentation and testing needed to travel to my home country. Their patience and professionalism was appreciated and should be commended!
This pharmacy was so helpful with getting our required COVID testing done that enabled us to fly home to the United States. Our hotel, the Ramada had us go to pharmacies that were unable to help us. Not only did Pharmacy Loreto get us the testing and subsequent paperwork done efficiently but also within 20 minutes from walking in the front door. Bravo!!! In addition, they have someone onsite that speaks English perfectly. Lastly, we asked them to recommend a nice local restaurant for lunch and there we had one of the best authentic Italian meals of our trip. You are in good hands with this Pharmacy!
I scheduled a rapid covid test there once with minimal issues with a lady's help. The second time around, I asked if they spoke English and a different person picked up. He said no and then hung up without any effort to communicate. Baffled by the extreme difference in service
It is a good pharmacy because works on weekends and at night too, so if you forget something important to buy, you can go there. The salesman was not really friendly, and his English was weak, but finally he understood me.
