I went through a very difficult period and the doctors at the Magno pharmacy pampered me as if I were their grandmother, their professionalism is impeccable and their advice precious, Doctor Francone listened to me and understood my anxieties like a true friend. Thank you !

Cold and rude staff, apart from two employees. The quality of the service varies depending on the customer (wealthy ladies = a thousand smiles and attention; mere mortals = coldness and rudeness). In particular today a girl who has been working there for years (visibly in the throes of some psychotic fit) for no reason told me that it wasn't a day for her and not to tell her anything if I didn't want to chew the medicine she was giving me. I am shocked and disgusted to say the least. Be more careful who you hire!!
