Every time I go to this pharmacy there are dramas, the last time I wanted to make an appointment for a medical visit with a prescription on the health file, I was told that pharmacies cannot access health records and that I had to print the prescription. Crazy stuff, I went to another pharmacy and they took the appointment from the file. Same thing some time before for a medicine. Another time with a paper prescription they didn't give me the medicine because the prescription was unclear. Never again come in there, rude and with little desire to do anything.

I purchased a speaker worth €49.90 and it stopped working for no reason, after using it one evening the following morning it no longer worked. I happened to go to this pharmacy this evening for a serious emergency without having the prescription for the oki that my tenant needed... who is not from Forlì and at 9pm there isn't much chance of having a prescription appear by magic in your hands... having the family doctor in Modena. The pharmacist immediately gave me a momentact saying that it was the same as oki but lighter. When I got home I compared the 2 drugs but the composition was actually very different: one based on ibuprofen and the other on ketoprofen. At this point I called the pharmacist back to disagree with what she had previously told me but she tried to denying everything by saying that he had warned me that they were 2 different drugs and ending the conversation with the exact words: come back here and I'll give you your money back. And throwing the phone in my face, without even saying hello. These are the things that make you understand how rude and unprofessional a person can be. It almost seemed like it was just a question of money, when in reality there is a person who is ill. I will never go back there again.
