Farmacia Mariscotti

Courtesy and empathy are certainly not their strong points but the pharmacy is well stocked and the staff is trained. The important thing is not to ask for advice because they give it to you with difficulty and without a smile. I'm very sorry to say this because this pharmacy represents one of the now few historical Western realities on this street but seeing the other reviews I realize that I'm not the crazy one. I haven't seen any replies to the various terrible comments I've read so I'm afraid they don't even read. It's a shame because they could very well improve.

Worst pharmacy ever! It's always the same story every time: Anticipatory, presumptuous, and not very flexible and empathetic towards the customer who asks for advice. Go ahead, there are several pharmacies in the area!

Rude staff NEVER with a smile (tried several times but it's not a matter of ONE bad day, theirs are all NO). I wonder why they continue to deal with the public, change jobs if people bother you, right?!?!

Maybe they should change jobs. I just called to ask for information and the "lady" who answered didn't even let me open my mouth, saying "we don't do swabs" in an acid tone and hung up on me. Sincere congratulations.

Once in a while I pass by Paoli Sarpi for work and several times I have stopped at the Mariscotti pharmacy always finding what I needed. The doctor is always very kind.
