Terrible service, dishonest. I ordered 20 needles, they left me a note, and I sent my boyfriend to collect them. He was given a box of 100. I imagined a mix-up and sent him back to explain that I had only ordered 20, if they could give a voucher for the remaining ones that I didn't need. They refused, saying that I had to buy the whole box. No one mentioned this to me when ordering, and it just so happens that in the last two years I have bought needles in varying quantities in all the pharmacies in Florence and no one has ever had a problem like this. I've been trying to call for two days to talk on the phone but no one answers. But what service is it?? There is a pharmacy of kind people 50 meters away. Do yourself a favor and go there.
Well-finished pharmacy, friendly and knowledgeable staff, but there is always a queue... in my opinion the management needs to be reviewed. The same 4 are for the.staff
What a wonderful place, always happy to go there. They have the same verve that can be found in the post office! However, a well-stocked and collaborative business with the other pharmacy located a few meters away.
But is a pharmacy that never answers the phone possible?
