It was a great experience, thank you. Made a piercing ears my daughter (1 year). They made quickly and professionally, gently and also spoke in English, for which x2 is grateful.

Lack of seriousness on the part of the staff, twice I booked a very simple medicine, it never arrived and I had to skip two infiltrations due to their fault, rather they told me to pay the bill first, in any case I will be one of the customers but I won't go back there anymore.

I booked an appointment for a Covid swab upon returning from holiday. I can't say that the pharmacist (M.C.) who assisted me was unprofessional, but I certainly didn't appreciate his way of treating me. I return to the pharmacy 40 minutes after the swab to collect the result - you cannot stay inside waiting for the results - but there is no one at the counter. I understand that the pharmacist sees me from the service cameras, because I hear him say in a loud voice "come here!" on the other side of the room. I reach him a little astonished (couldn't he have taken a few steps to show me the station where I would have to pay?). Even before telling me the result of the test, he expresses a certain disappointment towards me: "I looked around for you, but you had disappeared...!". I point out to him that I only left for 40 minutes (I had already taken a swab in the past, always in the same pharmacy, and I was told that I would have to wait about 30 minutes); he doesn't argue. Finally, upon delivery of the negative certificate and at the end of the payment, he bids me farewell by saying: "Free, goodbye"; I wonder if, in front of an elderly gentleman and not a young man, like me, he would have used the same formula. Now, I understand it's August 5th, it's hot and taking swabs isn't fun. Did the pharmacist think I was an anti-vaxer? From reading my health card you should have seen that I have already received the first dose of the vaccine and that next week I have to undergo the second - an essential reason that pushed me, out of scruple, to undergo the test. I therefore see no reasons that could motivate such behavior towards. Since form is substance, in my opinion, I consider my experience in this pharmacy to be rather negative, and I will avoid using their services again in the future.
