Farmacia Medaglie D'oro S.r.l.

On March 5, 2024, I purchased a Skinceuticals cream in the Gruppo Farma pharmacy in Piazzale delle Medal d'Oro, paying 90 euros. I used and opened the cream in the evening and noticed a rancid and unpleasant odor, especially since I washed the face for fear that it would give me allergies. Unfortunately the next day I was leaving for a holiday and I was unable to bring the cream back until my return. On March 26th I brought back the cream to make the smell unpleasant and if they could change it or receive kind assistance. But unfortunately the manager, who was also rude, first made me wait to hear from the company and then dismissed me by telling me that it was the typical smell of that cream and among other things without even telling me in person but, making the beautician tell me that they couldn't change it, much less do anything. I'm not complaining because I understand days have passed but you could see and feel that the active ingredients had gone bad. His rudeness and attitude led me to never go back and to write this review. They could at least, since I was customers, treat me with more courtesy and displeasure. Instead she was snubbed like a stranger. Absurd rudeness. (PS I have been buying and using Skin for years, it had gone bad and it can happen) Thank you for your availability.

Tonight's experience was truly meaningful!!!! I stopped to buy a medicine and after asking the pharmacist behind the counter, I was told that "the last box of the aforementioned medicine had just been sold. At that point I was about to leave but I was called back by the doctor who informed me that he would let me find it tomorrow morning...... At that point I was asked for my health card, my telephone number and the money to pay for the medicine in advance (we are talking about a cost of 7.30 euros) ....... At that point I thought it was a joke as it was a medicine which by its own admission was widely consumed ....... ....... But unfortunately the pharmacist, in a very unprofessional manner, mocked me by saying that in his opinion it was a correct procedure but rather that I was out of my mind and therefore he informed me that he would not proceed with the booking... ....... Given the attitude I gave up and left the pharmacy with great disappointment, thinking that once upon a time the pharmacist, together with the mayor and the Carabinieri marshal, was a reference professional for his fellow citizens and who helped the community.. ....... Who knows if I had then followed his procedure and for some reason I hadn't gone back to take the medicine in question, what would have happened....... Maybe he would deliver it to me at home!!!!! ....... You never stop learning......... What a disappointment!!!!!!! Luckily there are so many other professionals who also manage to take the side of the patient........ However, the great disappointment remains........

Poor organization in carrying out swabs which is confirmed week after week. Queue management has not been designed to guarantee people's safety and waiting times are excessively long. Disorganized and untrained staff, with the exception of those carrying out the swabs. To carry out the swab it took 40 minutes of waiting with only 6 people in front and the wait for the results took another 45 minutes. I do not recommend taking swabs at this pharmacy.
