Today, June 22, 2024, around 4pm I went to the pharmacy and was welcomed by a very kind pharmacist!

Inappropriate attitude towards the customer. I went by half an hour ago to buy a drug, when I got home I realized that it was a drug that couldn't be useful to me (it was my fault here), so I went back to the pharmacy to return it and I also bought something more (toothpaste) because I felt a little awkward. The lady who had given me an account half an hour ago, without having listened to what I had said to her colleague, immediately comes to me saying "but she didn't buy this one! "I still said I had to buy toothpaste and return the medicine I had bought.. In the end they didn't let me return it because there was a writing mark in the box but there was no color, only a mark with the pen... (this was there because I understand that they had to resell it later). I'm not angry because I wasn't able to return the medicine, but the attitude was inappropriate and I add, the lady was already talking like that, before I returned to return it, however I don't know how many times I repeated sorry for the inconvenience.
