Great communication and very polite. I am very sick at home and couldn’t walk, so they communicated with me via whatsapp and gave my medicine to a taxi driver. They were very helpful and patient! Also explaining costs & details of the medicine ! I would reccomend for anyone seeking very competent and kind professionals!

Our group of six needed to get COVID tests in order to fly back to the US, so we asked our hotel for assistance. They recommended Farmacia Molteni, so we walked the couple of blocks and scheduled test appointments for us a couple of days ahead. The day of our appointments, we showed up on time and checked in by submitting our forms and passports, then waited outside until we got called. We were waiting for a while despite having appointments, 20-30 minutes, but they looked really busy and we had allotted plenty of time. We finally did all get called, then were brought around the side and walked up a narrow staircase with an exam room and a waiting room. Each of us got called in individually and it was very quick, and once we were all done we went back outside to wait for the results. We didn't have to wait long, and thankfully we were all negative. They provided two pages of documentation, the first the forms we were told to fill out when we scheduled our appointments, and the second the results and certification and QR code. They were easy to upload to our airline and we were all cleared to fly back home! Overall we were pleased, especially since we got tested on Sunday and the options are more limited.

While waiting I could see a pharmacist in the back where the medicines are kept with his mask around his chin, mouth and nose completely uncovered. When I asked the woman helping me why her college was not wearing his mask properly she replied he is the owner so he can do what he wants. I said even if he is the owner he should respect the laws and their customers. To this she replied that if I don't like it I should go to another pharmacy. Well, from now on I will be taking her advice and going elsewhere!

I usually hesitate to write harsh reviews on principle, but for this pharmacy I broke the rule. They wear the mask under their mouths. They are very rude to the customer. if they don't like to do this job or if it's hard to serve tourists, they should do business in another part of the city. I suggest you go to another pharmacy unless you are in a very difficult situation.

Wonderful. The woman at the counter helped with new insoles. My feet hurt so bad. She showed me the options, explained the benefits, then let me borrow scissors to cut them to size. Very friendly place.
