!!! IF YOU ARE A TOURIST OR INTERNATIONAL STUDENT NEVER EVER GO THERE!!! They are so rude if you are not Italian /or can't speak Italian. I faced complete RACISM. I went there to buy my allergy cream, and I was in pain at that moment my skin was completely red and itching so badly. I bought Bepanthen from the shelf and tried to pay with my credit card. He asked something about my card I couldn't understand. I said "Sorry I couldn't understand" He started to yell "PARLA IN ITALIANO! NON-PARLARE IN INGLESE!! SE SEI IN ITALIA DEVI PARLARE IN ITALIANO". My card worked very well, he took the money without any problem... Why he yelled?? I have no idea. When you are in pain and someone is yelling at you, so bad! I can't speak ıtalian very well but ı can understand. He tried to do his show by yelling at me in Italian :D He thought I will not understand. It didn't work, I understood what he said! After ı came home ı talked with my roommates they said "We had the same experience! " They are also foreign... So they are so rude to foreign people!! You have to be welcoming to tourists. You are in Milan! Also, you are working in the medical sector. Hippocratic Oath!! FIRST RULE FOR DOCTORS!! BE NICE AND DO NOT BE RACIST!

They are not very polite, they make you uncomfortable if you don't understand some things well. customers often come to discuss let's say "unflattering" political topics about immigrants and foreigners with the pharmacists themselves. Never seen something like this in a pharmacy, if you are particularly sensitive to listening to certain political and heavy topics don't go there. Strengths: they sell many useful products for celiacs and diabetics and the lady is very kind and professional.

I went to the pharmacy for work, I inform the pharmacists how to use and best advise patients on the drugs I deal with. The very kind doctor at the counter directed me to the owner who treated me, raising his voice, despite my kindness and education, without respect as if I were the worst "nuisance", not to mention dirty, on earth. Clearly as a customer they will never see me again.

The few times I go (just because it's close to home) the staff seems a little rude. Today I asked for a feces container and they gave me a urine container with the outer box damaged. Once I realized the mistake I went to change it, explaining the situation. The girl who served me made me feel a little uncomfortable. He also claimed that I had damaged the box and they would not change the container. I didn't have any discussion and I bought a new one because for 1 euro I don't become poor but it's the overall attitude that I didn't like.

I found myself by chance to buy a Covid test and was welcomed by the owner with cheerfulness and competence. Thanks to his advice I also purchased some packages of delicious gluten-free pasta. I will return there. Especially for Dr. Rosseppi.
