They gave me a quick swab in a clearly incorrect way, they didn't go deep into my nostrils and they did everything in a very hasty manner. In a moment like this we need seriousness and professionalism. People enter without masks, with improvised handkerchiefs or scarves. Nobody tells you anything, not even when people are there to take the swab!!!
