Farmacia Municipale N.34

I was quite satisfied with the pharmacy, despite the higher than average prices, because the pharmacists were always professional and polite. However, today I met for the first time a 50 year old female pharmacist with long dark hair, who was very rude. He immediately started telling me I was wrong, attributing words to me that I hadn't said. He also said that if I didn't want to order one of the missing prescription medications, I shouldn't buy the rest, claiming it would be more convenient for me and them. My mother really needed these painkillers today. I could not order the missing product because my mother is leaving soon and cannot wait several days for delivery. But after such rude communication, I didn't want to explain anything. I wish the lady to be more polite to customers who come to the pharmacy for help.

I was in the pharmacy to get a medicine and in front of me I had an elderly person and by elderly I mean those people worn out by time and therefore essentially people with whom you have to be patient. Behind the counter were a man and a blonde woman. The elderly gentleman was served by the blonde lady who, in my opinion, treated him very badly with little education. I thought that this person must have the wrong job because we know that with elderly people, and with children, you just have to be patient; If you don't talk to the elderly like children, they will logically never understand, and if you also look like a know-it-all, we won't go home anymore. I wanted to interfere but by now I was so annoyed that I turned around and changed pharmacy. I hope that the elderly gentleman will also follow my advice in the future.

Good morning. I came across this pharmacy a few years ago. I have often used the swab service. I must say that all the staff were and are really very competent and friendly. Special thanks go to the director who is always available to respond to every request. I often had the opportunity to see her at work and I really noticed her kindness and empathy towards every customer, which is not at all obvious and increasingly rare. I will continue to consider it my reference pharmacy.

I went today 22/05 at 12.30pm to this pharmacy and I must say that I was very disappointed by their welcome, there were two pharmacists (a black girl and a blonde Italian lady) I went to the blonde lady, I bought the products I needed, after which I asked some questions regarding the products I bought and she answered me without any desire, in fact she even struggled to open her mouth, but I wonder, yes a person is tired or doesn't want to work, stay at home, right?! For which it also made me waste time I had to go to another pharmacy.

Not cheap at all. Prices of basic items out of market.
