Terrifying😡 sales clerk (Former employee), I think that 6 months (luckily) were the most terrible period of my working life. They squeeze you to the core...I'm happy they haven't confirmed me yet because I wanted to escape. In 6 months I have seen terrible situations in the behavior of pharmacists treating customers badly. Hysterical...with each other

After yet another disservice of this type they deserve a review. I called at 3.40pm due to acute gastroenteritis, by a miracle they answered (they never answer..) so I asked them to please send me some drugs and lactic ferments to my home because I was seriously unable to do so, I was told that it couldn't be done on time now and that tomorrow was a holiday, so nothing. Remembering that the very efficient Lloyd pharmacy in via Washington had recently helped me in this regard, by booking by 4pm, I called them and they are promptly sending the drugs to my home! The pharmacy is from the same chain and therefore I deduce that the home delivery service it uses is the same. If it had been for the pharmacy in via Vetta d'Italia and the terrible availability of the staff I would have suffered yet another serious inconvenience. I only criticize the doctor in charge who is actually good and kind and who most likely wasn't present. I REPLY TO YOUR RESPONSE: Bullshit... I didn't even have time to say or ask for any medication, they dismissed me by saying it was too late for delivery. I certainly didn't have time to argue. The other Lloyd even took the time to advise me on what to get and book delivery. Obviously lactic ferments like any antispasmodic were fine given the urgency. An apology would have been more welcome. I attach photos as proof of the time and clearly visible payment on delivery. With all that you spend on cosmetics, then abandoning a customer in her time of need... before a holiday, it's not very humane. Greetings.

Staff not qualified to come into contact with the public who are treated with annoyance and disdain. I wonder why these gentlemen doctors who have studied so much insist on wasting their precious time in professional activities that involve personal relationships with the public, when there are professions that would guarantee them the peace and tranquility that they deserve. Very bad

I would like to report my experience a couple of weeks ago for a swab. The doctor at the desk was unfriendly bordering on politeness. The person in charge of the swab, on the other hand, was kind but very invasive. Happy to have found an excellent alternative that allows me to regularly undergo painless swabs.
