It is generally crowded, the shop is not very large but there is a ticket machine to organize the queue. Then it depends on the times.

It would be zero but at least it's one star I've already reviewed this place but today I really lost my patience I won't add anything else I think I'll never go to this pharmacy again... I'm sure that in an Egyptian pharmacy it takes less time than you considerations

I was there today around 1pm. Just out of hospital after major liver surgery and with the "Mercedes" cut on her abdomen. I could hardly keep myself upright. I had to take the heparin shots that they prescribed for me to administer every night. I was leaning on the shelves and my legs were visibly shaking. At a certain point a person arrives inviting us to leave the pharmacy and wait in line in front of the external counter on the pavement because they had to do some work inside. I told the person that I just got out of the hospital and that I couldn't stand up and when I met his blank and impassive gaze, I had nothing left to do but leave and go home. I live a few meters from that pharmacy, but I will never set foot in there again.

The person who served me was absolutely not courteous, so much so that it made me feel the need to leave to go to another pharmacy to make my necessary purchases.

Incompetent staff, I took the swab (rapid anti-Covid test) to travel and they gave me the result sheet without a stamp and without any code. and I didn't even get the usual SMS from the Lombardy region or from the ministry of health as happened every time I did it, when I asked the pharmacist she said that they haven't entered the data yet and as soon as they have time they will do it and the message will arrive. ... I waited 3 hours later and I didn't receive anything, I called the pharmacy and always the same unpersonal excuse..... However, in short order I had to take another swab towards Malpensa so as not to miss the flight Very bad experience
