Very unhelpful staff. Looking at the little one who needs medicine and shouted "I don't have this medicine" Why just the staff help to order or say in a nice way?

Excellent service

I give 3 stars because I have been a customer for years as the pharmacy is near my home. The "only" 3 stars are due to a turnover that I consider excessive among the pharmacists. Each of them is very unlikely to serve you over time, therefore you cannot rely on stable professional ethics. I don't find their behavior fair this morning, in fact they let a customer pass without asking for the agreement of all the people in line with the number and when I turned to ask if anyone had seen the lady without a number everyone denied it. to have seen her. I believe it is highly unfair to give an advantage to those who have not respected the queue rules and have withdrawn their number. The arrival number is issued specifically so that the public can easily wander around the internal space of and/or between the shelves without having to keep in mind all the people who entered before and as in the case in question without a number. I wonder then what is the point of wasting paper and ink polluting and taking away resources from the environment if every customer OR NOT ALL CUSTOMERS are authorized to not respect the rules. In the absence of a satisfactory response from the owner/CEO of the company that manages this pharmacy I will be forced to lodge a formal complaint.
