I called your pharmacy asking if you have a certain drug, I was told yes that you had 3 packs, I asked if it was possible to save by leaving my name, I was told that I didn't need it. I arrived there at the at the counter the doctor after asking for the medicine, she didn't immediately tell me that it wasn't there, she told me that she couldn't take charge of the prescription as it was the responsibility of another pharmacy to contact her by telephone in order to unblock it. Which I did, when I returned to your counter I told another doctor about the medicine that I needed, she worked hard to deliver the medicine but was unable to do so as the prescription was still blocked by the other pharmacy, inviting me to contact the doctor again. 'other pharmacy Without either of the two very kind doctors informing me that the drug I requested was present in your pharmacy but for other customers who had requested it. I returned to your counter a third time and was informed that the medicine lying there had already been booked by other customers of yours. Having said the above, your seriousness is intact and reliable, but certain misadventures for sick people should no longer happen. I am highly esteemed for your profession and in the Gastoldi pharmacy, I will find myself forced to look for that drug elsewhere, on the understanding that since you had 3 packs, one could be given to me if not already taken.
