Rude to say the least!! The guy at the counter, I don't think he's even a pharmacist, was hasty, rude and to make matters worse he sold me the medicine with the wrong dosage!!!

Friendly and helpful staff, the only flaw is that it is closed on weekends which penalizes elderly and disabled people in the area.

Since the staff changed it's a total disaster. Apart from the exaggeratedly long waits (even 30/40 minutes per person), the pharmacist always continues to mess with tax codes, more than once I found a tax code that wasn't mine on the receipt, like today (this time I'm keeping it) Furthermore, it gives incorrect information on the formats of medicines so you find yourself having to buy large packs without needing them. Even when it comes to generic products, the pharmaceutical company that decides tends to sell it and if you object by making specific requests it gets annoyed and most of the time it makes you come back telling you that the product isn't there (I'm not questioning it, I'm just saying which is also strange because it happens every time and for different products). Honestly, it has become a problem to go to the pharmacy, moreover, the role of a pharmacist is not professional and should be a reliable person and not the sales assistant of a parapharmacy. I'm sorry because this is my local pharmacy but I'm forced to go elsewhere despite the inconvenience because I don't have a car and in this period I avoid public transport. I regret it and I am not the only one in the neighborhood. Dr. Rita, an excellent professional with excellent preparation and care towards the people who also asked for advice, personally solved a problem for me by realizing a mistake that the cardiologist had made in prescribing a medicine that could have put my health at serious risk.
