Today I also saw an elderly lady shown the door who was asking for chronic therapy. In addition to a degree, you need to have good manners and education. Something that is missing too often in this pharmacy. Really bad service. Really bad

Excellent pharmacy, very helpful, qualified and above all friendly staff. They know how to listen to problems and are kind and quick to provide advice and solutions. The products are displayed with care and the shop windows are always decorated so well that you want to come in! I also received excellent advice for purchasing beauty products as gifts to my friends. I highly recommend her 😊

We went to this pharmacy because it was the closest to the San Paolo hospital, and when we arrived at 11.40 we confidently lined up, also because we had 4 people in front of us, but the queue moved very slowly, I don't know for what problem, the fact is that we were served at 12.02, and even here with some difficulty, because the requested medicine could not be found, finally, the icing on the cake, upon specific request on the number of tablets present in the package, we were given the wrong answer!!!!! No comment....
