If possible, avoid going to this pharmacy. Every now and then I fall for it again and it's always an unpleasant experience with hasty pharmacists who are reluctant to answer any questions. I had the prescription and asked for information on a similar drug: the pharmacist with the curls dismissed me rudely. I'm not a regular customer. Could this have been it? See you next time!!!!

This pharmacy, being a chain (Lloyds), ​​changes staff frequently and therefore is unable to create a loyal clientele. I understand very well that for prescription medicines, the prescription must be presented, but sometimes it can happen that a customer has been taking that medicine all his life and that time he forgot the prescription or he arrives on a Saturday with an emergency, he needs a medicine (already used previously) and cannot wait until Monday to have the prescription prescribed by your doctor; here, these small but very widespread exceptions to the rule are not permitted here. Furthermore, apart from the most common medicines, the slightly more particular ones 9 times out of 10 are not available and they have to order them. I live a stone's throw from this pharmacy but it is and remains my last choice of the five or six in the area

The pharmacy seems well-stocked, but you should avoid the pharmacist with short hair, poor management of the relationship with the customer and little desire to work. She tries to act nice and only comes off as irritating and seems like she's making fun of you. Furthermore, having asked to keep a product aside saying that he would call me back, I was the one who had to call the pharmacy to actually verify that the product had arrived, since I never received a call from the pharmacy. In short, avoid it if you can.

They try to cover up the most expensive and dubious efficacy products: I asked for an arnica cream and he sold me a homeopathic cream. I came back immediately to ask for change, he gave me a real arnica cream that cost half the price. Since the latter was a parapharmaceutical, I asked to take advantage of the 5 euro discount voucher I had.
