Farmacia Navarra - Eredi Caretti

I went to the pharmacy to take a quick swab which was done by a pharmacist who seemed very grumpy and arrogant. Furthermore, it wasn't delicate at all and in doing so it caused me a lot of pain (pain that I never felt in about twenty swabs). Finally, when I warned her of the pain I was feeling, she responded in a rude and rude manner. Shameful. I strongly advise against carrying out swabs in his presence.

I went to this pharmacy to take a swab and get the QR code. I was told on the phone that he was being released immediately. Besides the fact that it wasn't released to me, when I went back to have it reprinted the next day, the lady there told me she didn't have time to do it. I pointed out that there was no one inside and told myself "if you come back in an hour I'll see if I can do it but I can't guarantee you anything". I went out to the pharmacy in Pontegradella and in less than a minute it was printed for me, so I can't understand what was so urgent or important the sales assistant had to do to waste a minute.

Convenient pharmacy if you don't urgently need to receive the green pass. Did the swab on Friday afternoon and received the green pass after 12 hours. Tried again on Monday morning and received the green pass after 13 hours. Unacceptable. When I asked for an explanation of this delay, I was told that if the service is not good I can contact other pharmacies and I will do so when I need it since the cost is the same but the service is provided more promptly.

I've been to this pharmacy twice and the pharmacists are really grumpy, if you ask for something they look at you badly, snort and answer badly. A real shame because the pharmacy is very nice.
