When, alas, I am in need, I go willingly. I often went to have my blood pressure checked, and they were always nice and helpful. I called to make an appointment, which I later canceled, then rescheduled, and the doctors who answered me were always nice. In the end we "quailed" and everything went well. What can I say.... Thank you for the love with which you do your work.
Just for information. Rapid swab for children under 12 at full price. And, despite the agreement, they DO NOT issue the end of isolation certificate. So if you want any of these services, go elsewhere.
Personally you find them rude and not very diligent in offering the service. Better is the Navarra pharmacy a little further ahead in front of the Castello Estense
Large assortment of medicines and professionalism a stone's throw from the Cathedral
Pharmacy right in front of the Duomo. Very kind and knowledgeable pharmacists. Very well stocked. Recommended place in case of need.
