Competent and professional staff. Even in the busiest moments, see Saturday or Sunday, they always have a smile and good advice for everyone. I don't know the male pharmacist who I have only glimpsed a few times but recently a new doctor has been added who I often see on Saturdays even late who is very active and reassuring. Thanks for that kind doctor

I came in to take a medicine for personal reasons. The staff were welcoming but the prescription was very clear for tablets that were not water soluble. It's not enough just to sell. For another type of drug there's nothing to be done. I went to another pharmacy with a regular prescription, obviously they solved the problem in a few minutes, thanks anyway

I live near the pharmacy and I regularly see the pharmacist, I found out, his name is Valerio Moneta, who parks in the disabled space in the Via Alciato car park. He also puts the disabled card on the dashboard but it is clear that he is not disabled! He's a bad person. He should just be ashamed of what he does. Shame! Shame!

Great availability and professionalism. Listening skills and always good advice, especially from Dr. Romina Fazzari. Always ready to explain everything as best as possible. It is not always easy to find sensitivity and humanity. It remains my favorite pharmacy and pharmacist.
