I would give 0 stars if I could. This is already the second time that I have been treated very badly by the owner. In the time of Covid I tried to take a test from them and I was asked for more than €40 for a swab, with the excuse that I am not Italian. Obviously it didn't make sense, given that I have the residence and all the related documents to stay in Italy. And obviously in all the other pharmacies, I paid €15, as per the regulations. When I protested about this, I was told by this rude, racist and rude doctor to go back and get tested in my town. I returned to this pharmacy today, only for emergency and convenience and when I asked them to order me a drug (which obviously they don't have, since they have to sell all generics), I was told that the drug does not exist. Medicine that I have been using for 10+ years. When I pointed out to the owner that the drug obviously exists, another employee got involved and found it immediately. When I asked if I can download on behalf of my partner, the "kind" lady asked me ironically, do I know him?! When I answered yes (since he is my partner, I obviously know him), he asked me the question again in an even more cynical way. When I replied again that obviously yes, since he is my partner, she told me that she isn't stupid?! When my (Italian) partner ended up in the same pharmacy a few times due to an emergency, he never had any problems and the lady was normal with him. I find it almost comical that while pharmacies in northern Italy deliver medicines for free even to hotels, here there are still places with such bigoted and small staff that they have problems selling medicines to foreigners and treat them very badly. Third World!

If you are a customer they know your problems and help you as much as possible

Good evening, do you have orthopedic shoes for outdoors? 🤔 😍. And if a home delivery was contemplated. In truth, I was looking for larger section wheels for a walker (with armrests) but wheels for outdoors, i.e. for the road surface. Because Sanco doesn't have them 😭

Very kind, helpful and polite girls. I went to the pharmacy with a false negative problem on a covid test; despite the period, my situation and the turnout were dedicated to me without losing sight of the other customers. They took care of a - not obvious - problem for which I had been rejected by 4 other pharmacies. As an employee in parallel sectors, as a person who deals with staff training, as a customer, as a Covid positive person and as a man, I infinitely recommend this pharmacy for its friendliness, preparation and attention. Super praise to the girl at the rapid test box on Monday morning, without taking away from all the others. During the observation, comments between colleagues relating to some internal situations escaped the notice, I would say: close-knit, reliable and true professionals. Professional even in the comments in front of me, transparent enough and frank enough. It's 5 stars because I can't give it more. Thank you very much. I'll be back to have my nose molested by you very soon. Delicate, please :)

Although it is not very close to my home, I found a lot of courtesy and helpfulness here and I found it very convenient to be able to pass on medical prescriptions via WhatsApp without having to go there twice.
