I would like this review of mine to be read as constructive criticism, so that certain misunderstandings never happen again. I book the fourth dose of Covid vaccine from the Lombardy region website. This morning I accompany my mother who comes in and presents the doctor with the sheet with the list of all the other vaccinations done. The doctor doesn't look at them and says that after all he sees them on the computer. She is given the flu vaccine. However, I had booked the fourth dose of the Covid vaccine. To my mother's question "so doctor, with this fourth dose I can now rest easy, right?" she is told that she has been given a flu shot as the doses for Covid are numbered. Probably, and I mean probably, having noticed the error, he trudged on, saying that the anti-Covid vaccine was not written on the booking sheet. Now in a pharmacy that is suitable for administering both anti-Covid vaccine and anti-flu vaccine it would be good practice to ask patients what they have booked for. Furthermore, and this would have been even more serious... if my mother had already received the vaccine? No sorry! The Lombardy region website is always the same and it is not the first time I have booked the anti-Covid vaccine. I don't care about the answer "I get 70 vaccines a day". I know that I had booked the fourth dose for my mother and instead she was given the flu shot!

DO NOT BRING CHILDREN upon express request for a swab for children, affirmative response. when we arrived on site, the child was naturally a little scared and the doctor refused to carry out the swab, sending us away and saying that if we had tested positive, the child had to be positive too (it was the child who infected us with the virus and had symptoms ten days earlier so we needed feedback for daycare). after asking if he was sure that this was the correct practice, he decided to stick the nasal swab into the child's throat, making him vomit. he then disappeared leaving his son to give us the results, who said "the child was also a bit positive". embarrassing third world performance provided. DO NOT BRING CHILDREN
