The pharmacist was very friendly and helpful. The store is very well-stocked, spacious, and clean.

I went to this pharmacy on a Sunday morning with my girlfriend during a weekend in Bologna. The restaurant is located in the historic city center in a secondary street that leads from Piazza Maggiore to the Garisenda and Asinelli towers. The interior is in an antique style, the little space available is best optimized to accommodate as many displays and products as possible. The pharmacist at the checkout was very friendly and available for advice on the best type of medicine to take.
Perfumes with broken bottles despite the change… terrible customer service
I went to this pharmacy because I was looking for an urgent medicine and the doctors, even though they were closing, were very kind and professional and gave me the medicine and advised me on how and when to take it. I wanted to especially thank Dr. Elena who was particularly helpful
