I have always found myself very well, professional and courteous. However, today, while I was waiting for my turn, a customer asked for an intimate medical aid and the pharmacist, contrary to the mutual trust between customer and pharmacist, made a joke, triggering laughter from another customer present there. At the time... I didn't pay much attention to it. Then out of scruple I saw that this thing had been noticed and so I convinced myself to review it too. If I had been the "mortified" customer, I would have been disappointed anyway. This is certainly an oversight... let's say so and not a precedent. I believe, considering my experience, it was just an isolated incident.

I'll rephrase: Today, in front of a customer who, having unduly listened to my request for a medical aid, let herself burst out laughing, one of YOUR PHARMACIST said, helping to mock me, "the lady is laughing, eh?" . I would like to know what margins of misunderstanding there may be on my part. I take the liberty of suggesting that you in turn make amends and apologize for the lack of humanity and the lack of tact shown, instead of continuing to adopt, with your counterarguments, provocative and overbearing attitudes towards a customer who, having gone to the pharmacy to a physical problem, by legitimately relying on the good faith of the pharmacist, one is, to be honest, ridiculed and ridiculed in a situation which in itself is already not optimal.

With the necessary adjustments to the staff, the usual pharmacy is back, kind and professional.
