Telephone experience but I also perceived from a distance the kindness, availability, competence of the doctor, her husband and all the staff. My most sincere compliments.

Two nights ago I went to the Pedrazzini pharmacy for a night emergency. Being on holiday with my partner I looked online for an open pharmacy, luckily it was next to our hotel. I wanted to thank the very nice and sweet doctor who served us. Kind, caring and very prepared. He reassured us, advised us and clarified everything with calm and simple language. Obviously I don't know her name but I wanted to thank her. Excellent service. Highly recommended pharmacy

Congratulations to the excellent service of the Pedrazzini pharmacy. I went to have the swab done upon reservation, I saw many emergencies always managed with patience and professionalism. The second time I didn't have a reservation (even more so on a Sunday) and I obviously waited behind those who had booked. The doctors have golden hands, they work tirelessly, they reassure you and are highly trained. Highly recommended. Many people complained about the 10 minute delay, but the children must be picked up, explanations must be given. A service pharmacy must work like this. Congratulations to their tireless work during this difficult period.
