I went to the pharmacy to do a corona test on Saturday, November 30th, 2021 and, despite their fully booked calendar, I was greeted by a pharmacist. She appeared very friendly and open-minded towards me and I can only say that the boss can be very proud of such an employee, as she also had an entrepreneurial mindset. There were two more pharmacists in the checkout area and one of the two, visually the older one, acted very cheeky towards me.

They should be ashamed. I'm on holiday, I have breast engorgement (due to breastfeeding), I ask for Tachypirin 1000 as indicated by my midwife and they don't give it to me because they tell me I need a medical prescription. N.B. all this happened on Friday evening at 6pm on August 12th. How do I find a doctor who will write a prescription for me at this time? We are talking about tachipirina. Shameful.

I asked not to have to take medication that I had ordered for my dog ​​because the vet had advised against it in the meantime. Unfortunately, the lady behind the counter was very inflexible and not at all willing to look for a solution. I had ordered it, so I had to take it down and she didn't care what I would do with it. Her final sentence was: I have nothing against dogs. Sorry, but for me this is anything but customer-friendly behavior towards holidaymakers. Therefore unfortunately only one star.
