The management must have changed since the last time I was here... mediocre
I entered this pharmacy (given that it wasn't the first time and I had never had negative experiences) today and I had to deal with a person who to define as rude is an understatement. He treated me very rudely and the tone was quite aggressive. After several words, I told her to give me the recipe back and that I would buy it elsewhere, but she told me that she had torn up and thrown away my recipe... I was shocked and watched her as she rummaged through the garbage to give me back the torn recipe... not I have never dealt with a person like this, I think employees should be given a course in good manners before hiring them. I will never enter again and I will also advise friends and relatives to do the same. BAD experience
Competent, kind staff, always ready to give you the best advice. In particular, Mr. Vito and Michele were always available. It's my trusted pharmacy! Highly recommended!!!
The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. It's definitely not a small thing these days!
