I asked the staff if they spoke English in Italian as I thought this was the polite thing to do. The man starts helping me in English, I thought everything was going well. He answered a personal call on his cell phone while helping and started complaining about serving me to the person he was talking to. I can’t speak much Italian but I can understand enough to know he was talking about me while I was standing right there. How is this okay? Extremely rude and unprofessional garbage.
Absolutely to avoid, rude and absurdly high prices, supplements (enterolaciatis) 6 euros more than other pharmacies
A rudeness like never before, I would like to be able to speak to the owner so that he can explain the minimum basics of education to the people he employs. Having Covid, I stopped at the door to ask for medicine, the doctor told me in a loud voice to stay outside without a minimum of empathy or courtesy. After I told her that in the morning at another pharmacy they had allowed me to take the medicine, she got even more upset and raised her voice, at which point I told her she was rude and left. I don't think there is any need to add anything else. I wasn't allowed to take the medicine I needed
The clerks are all women and the head pharmacist is a very competent and easy-going person and you can talk to him.
Kind and professional staff, well-stocked pharmacy, a real reference. 5 stars
