I thought for a while whether to give 4 or 5 stars but then I realized that I would have given 4 stars only because of the pharmacist (the only one there, you can't be wrong) and it wouldn't have been fair to the his colleagues. The staff, except for the exception mentioned above, are always friendly and helpful. Regarding the doctor, it can be said that she is a person who tends to blame her own mistakes on clients, which is neither pleasant nor professional. When she's around, if I can, I postpone shopping or go elsewhere.
Those who work in contact with the public should have a minimum of patience, unfortunately we are not all profound experts on medicines. The blonde lady who served me seemed to be annoyed, yet I really took 4 minutes from her... The only moment of courtesy was when she gave me the flyer with their offers.
I often come to buy here because it's convenient when I'm off work, but the blonde lady with long hair (I think she's the owner) is rude. Several times she wants to convince me to buy an equivalent and/or generic drug instead of the one I ask for, because what I ask for is, in her words, "old and outdated" (but it will be my business if I ask for that type of drug, right? My doctor prescribed that for me, so I'm taking that). Furthermore, when in the evening I went to collect a medicine bought in the morning and put aside complete with a "paid, you just have to collect" ticket, she seemed annoyed that I didn't have the booking sheet WHICH SHE HAD NOT GIVEN ME THAT MORNING SAME, TELLING ME THAT HE DIDN'T HAVE TO SURELY REMEMBER ME. I also work in contact with the public, we don't relate to them in this way. I'm sorry to give two stars, because the other pharmacist is really kind and polite.
Qualified and welcoming staff... Pharmacy equipped with many items and the doctor is available, prepared and friendly! I had a good time and I highly and sincerely recommend it...
Whatever I need, I know I can find it there or at most I'll order it for the next day. Avoid peak hours between 6pm and 7pm as there is always a queue.
