Farmacia Porta Lame

Usually very busy. Specially since they have the CUP point! They do rapid covid tests with booking. A few of the people who work there are super nice. The others are nice but in a normal way.

Staff rude and unhelpful. I arrived with a scanned prescription (with signature, date stamp, header with the doctor's address and all the other formalities) for an Augmentin (a very banal antibiotic) and they treated me as if I was trying to use a fake prescription for I don't even know what ( including probing questions about the doctor, the date, etc. etc.). I asked for an opinion on a small problem and was rudely told that they are not doctors (understandable, but I wasn't looking for a medical opinion but rather a general orientation/idea). In any case, they apparently decide to trust me, although they look suspiciously, I pay and they don't even say goodbye before going out, not even in response to my goodbye. I advise you to go to another pharmacy

Scandalous CUP service: the employee did not want to work and found excuses not to fulfill the service. He also allowed himself to mutter insults while the customer was leaving.

Friendly and polite pharmacists BUT Very slow they move at the speed of a sloth and often the prescribed drugs are not in stock and you have to return.

They may be courteous, professional, etc. Unfortunately, after 15 phone calls and an automatic message to stay on the line, the only response was that I hung up.
