Always friendly and kind. They helped me find products I couldn't find elsewhere by ordering them. Useful advice and they always tried to recommend the cheapest products to me. When the generics weren't there, they ordered them for me and I went to get them a few hours later

BAD SERVICE!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PHARMACY. I was passing through to buy an urgent medicine, but with my lactose allergy the medicine I found wasn't right. When searching for a lactose-free substitute, the pharmacist present was very annoyed. So I called my doctor to find a solution but she kept butting in and spoke rudely because I dared to say she "didn't know" which medication didn't have lactose. Terrible friendliness and helpfulness.

I purchased an ointment consisting of 3 types of ointments in a 100 g package. €40.93 except that the previous time in this pharmacy I got the same ointment but in a 200 g pack. (therefore double) €33.76, basically an increase of over 100% was applied to me, I asked for explanations and was told that there was a conference where bla bla bla.....and then in any case the opened packages and not used anyway I had to pay for them! I might be fine if you let me know when I order the product, I would have purchased the 200g pack. I close by saying that in this case there was no correct behavior towards the CUSTOMER so be careful.
