Excellent staff, professionals and gentle people, I have been coming to this pharmacy for years...
RUDE AND RUDE STAFF I went in this morning to test my six year old son for strep. To my request, the pharmacist, a lady close to retirement with a southern accent, responds in a rude and annoyed manner: WE HAVE ALREADY TOLD YOU THAT WE DON'T TAKE THE TEST ON SATURDAYS AS WE ARE FULL OF PEOPLE IF YOU WANT TO COME NEXT WEEK OTHERWISE NOTHING. and she repeated it at least 3 times, getting angry herself. 1 there was only one person behind me 2 it's the first time we've entered this pharmacy, so who did you tell before? People like this should not work in contact with the public, they are impatient, rude, discourteous even in the presence of a six year old child... Without words…
Covid swab with slightly long waiting times. Excessive zeal on the part of the pharmacist carrying out the test due to fear of contracting the virus. Obligation to wait for the result outside the pharmacy with the sun and temperature at 42 degrees, without taking into account that there were only two customers in the place, without any explanation. Advance payment, as if the customer could run away. Covid certified without reporting data of the person carrying it out.
I go to the pharmacy to buy a COVID swab (three days earlier at Lloyds I had purchased two for €7.80 total) they ask me €9.90 each. I point this out and ask for clarification and I am told: This is our cost otherwise GO THERE. Not a very polite response!
Competence and availability in solving small health problems. I've been going there for years and it has never disappointed me. If a medicine is missing they are quick to find it. The new pharmacist is very kind, if I'm not mistaken her name is Elisabetta. Thank you for your trust!!
