Pharmacy located near the homonymous Piazza Santa Emerenzia, open every day except Sunday from 08.00 to 21.00. On Sundays it is only open once a month. Easily reachable by public transport bus lines such as 83, 88 38, 80 and not far from the metro line B1 stop Piazza Annibaliano. Friendly and very helpful staff, wide choice of products also for body care. At the moment they are also doing Covid swabs. There is a defibrillator in the pharmacy. Recommended
I am a doctor and I went to this pharmacy to receive my fifth dose of the COVID vaccine. As an insider, I know perfectly well that pharmacies that act as vaccination centers have no economic return (on the contrary!), but lend themselves to this activity out of a pure spirit of service to the area. I found courtesy, professionalism and extreme punctuality. It was a pleasure to discover this "real" pharmacy, that is, not just a "shop" where pharmaceutical products are sold, but an establishment in which the healthcare mission is pursued by the owners and their collaborators. Highly recommended.
Unparalleled rudeness of the owners! Absence of empathy for those who suffer! There are several pharmacies in the area if you can, walk a few meters further but avoid this pharmacy
Never again. I bought a bustier for my 90 year old mother yesterday spending €55. Having made the wrong model, today I ask to be able to change it and the answer was we can't make changes. I then asked for a voucher that I could spend at the pharmacy and here too the answer was no. Really incorrect: the pharmacy should be a point of assistance and attention. This is not even a supermarket where products are usually changed. No comment
I wanted to compliment this pharmacy for the invention of the app which allows you to conveniently and easily book quick swabs and more (many other services available) and without advance payment. Booking swabs through the app allows you not to wait long for your turn - a maximum of 5 minutes really. Furthermore, the staff is always very kind: I have had the opportunity to ask for a swab more than once in the car for my disabled husband - as a drive in - and I have never had a rude or negative response. I would say that in this period a bit of kindness and professionalism is nice ☺️
