Doctors Cianci are professional, kind, helpful and smiling. The pharmacy is well stocked: in addition to medications, I purchased excellent face creams and various presbyopic glasses (super cool). This afternoon, my daughters and I pierced our ears several times. We are absolutely satisfied with the result: Dr. Giuditta (who performs them) has excellent manual skills and a deep attention to proportions. Excellent, I'd say!

rude and quite disorganised. To avoid a wasted ride, I phoned in advance to check that a drug - actually very common - was available. On the phone they tell me it's available. Well. However, when I arrived at the pharmacy, the drug was not there. The pharmacist, without the slightest hint of apology, suggests giving me an alternative. Since the last time, at the same pharmacy, I was given an alternative drug that was completely unrelated to the original, expensive and ineffective (without the active ingredient), I pointed out that I would prefer the drug prescribed by the doctor if nothing else because this time it's an eye problem. In response, the pharmacist, turning her back on me, goes to the back, cutting the conversation short in an annoyed tone. This doesn't seem like the utmost courtesy to me. The incident happened in Rome on 9.6.2023.

I ordered (last year...) some sanitary items. They never called me. In January I phoned and they told me that the company that produces them was on holiday, long Christmas holidays... they apologized and told me that they would call me back within a few days and that the products would definitely arrive. They never called me nor did the ordered items ever arrive. Lack of professionalism and education.

In general there is a clear worsening compared to the previous management. You hardly find 2 boxes of the same medicine, so you often have to order. At peak times there are too many queues, but the morning doctors are always friendly and professional

Friendly and helpful service. The doctors and staff are exquisite and very professional people, always ready to give an attentive and targeted consultation. Wide range of products far beyond the simple pharmaceutical offer. I will definitely go back.
