I went to the pharmacy on the advice of my GP to take a Covid swab having had flu symptoms in the previous days. The pharmacist refused to do so because he claims that he only tests asymptomatic people, suggesting that I purchase a self-diagnosis test. Exceptional service

Very courteous, well-stocked pharmacy, it's a shame that a covid19 swab costs €5 more than the average of many other pharmacies 🫤

Terrible experience, Monday 17.01.22. I had an appointment at 8 for an end-of-quarantine swab. The swab was taken at 9. Ok, difficult times can also be accepted... But the attitude was absolutely intolerable: arrogant, authoritarian, pedantic and at times discriminatory of the "Doctor" who pretended not to want to leave me with the negative result of the test swab despite having a letter from the AUSL of Bologna authorizing me to take a swab on the 17th after 10 days of quarantine which began on January 7th. She believed that the quarantine started from the day after the first positive swab, FALSE. Only after 20 minutes of theatrics, the "Doctor" deigned to read the AUSL authorization which also specified the end day of quarantine, 17.01.22. I felt very sorry for the 2 people before me who bowed to the fictitious rules imposed by the "Doctor" and left to return the next day, doing an additional day of quarantine due to hysterical claims. I also regret not having called the police after the insults and discriminatory allusions of the "Doctor". Finally, I warmly advise the doctor to make room for those with a stronger civic sense and vocation in the sector.
