I asked the pharmacist at the Cup point if she could help me bring forward a visit. After explaining the simple request three times, the pharmacist replies that she doesn't understand. I was exasperated and said to her: "Forget it, I'll go somewhere else where maybe they will understand me". The pharmacist's response was: "Best wishes". This is the professionalism of the pharmacist. Insults the customer when she is the one who doesn't understand a simple request. They are only kind to whoever they like, especially if there is gossip to be had.
