I'm 63 years old and I asked about the flu vaccine and they told me it costs money. Both the Emilia Romagna regional website and the Ministry of Health website say that it is free after the age of 60 and if this is the case then one star is the correct rating for this pharmacy's service.
Made a CUP reservation with them. Following the prescription of particular tests, never done before, they gave me only 1 test tube out of the 3 requested. Which generated the need for a rebooking for the delivery of the 2 missing ones with a 2 hour wait between the external and internal lines, to which is added the return of the test tubes the day after tomorrow. All of which I would say is quite annoying. I recommend more attention.
Beautiful, well-stocked pharmacy, the staff is helpful and attentive to customer needs. Very competent, you can turn to them even just for advice or clarification. Many services are available including cup reservations and rapid swabs
I would like to point out that I have no interests in the field, but I am just a "Citizen" with multiple pathologies; It was the first time that I used the Services (ECG in this case) offered by the Salinatore Pharmacy, and to my surprise, I can say that I found affable, well-prepared Doctors who put you at ease and who carried out the investigation in an impeccable manner and with "Record" reporting, for which my heartfelt thanks go to "Them", and see you next time.
