7.57pm, as I approached the pharmacy I noticed a pharmacist through the shop window, certainly one of the employees because I don't want to think that the owner could do something similar, who, seeing me crossing the gate of the pharmacy car park, started running towards the back to lower the shutter. Thus preventing me from entering the store itself. I find it scandalous and disrespectful towards customers.
Pharmacy unworthy of having this name. Totally useless for class A medicines, essential ones or for chronic diseases, i.e. those medicines that are paid for by the healthcare system, instead you can only find those paid for entirely by the citizen... and what prices! Shameful, I will never go there again because in many years there has not been once, and I mean once... that I have found the medicine that was prescribed to me. What if this is supposed to be a community service?! Too bad it's on the street...let's hope they change management as soon as possible! I forgot, even in the car park it is unfortunate as it shares it with medical clinics which are located in the same building and therefore almost non-existent. I advise the current managers to change jobs, and I advise you not to stop with anyone if you don't want to return because they have nothing that you don't pay a high price for.
Super helpful pharmacists, they always respond with a smile! They have a large selection of medications, but you can call directly to order something.
I took the swab because I was convinced I had Covid and working closely with the elderly it was vitally important to know if I was positive or not. The boy who swabbed me almost didn't insert the stick into my nose and I complained (I was told that if I was positive it was enough to simply take the sample at the beginning of my nose) I also complained to the colleague inside who, in an unprofessional way, replied "aren't you vaccinated? Do you want to test positive?" Zero professionalism and they put hundreds of people at risk because of their prejudice. Obviously the swab was done badly and the result was negative. The following day I was ill, nothing major, pain in the bones and a few lines of fever, but I requested the molecular test at the hospital.. Positive.. Congratulations for your work done superficially, change jobs because it's not really for you Luckily my conscience, despite your negative result, prevented me from going to work to protect the hundreds of people with whom I would otherwise have had contact
Standing in line for twenty minutes to get a pack of Tachipirina suppository for a three-year-old girl with a fever of 39 in the midst of people waiting for the result of the Covid antigen swab and hearing the answer... how they queue, so does she ! Okay! I'll wait in line....but you could organize yourselves better! You could put a counter dedicated to swabs... even two... and dedicate a counter to those in an emergency!!!
