Horrible service and a very condescending staff lecturing you on tax laws. Just find a other pharmacy in verbania, there’s plenty!

Unfortunately I confirm the same rude treatment already reported in other reviews. It's a shame because a pharmacy in that area is very convenient but more friendly staff would be needed, especially towards tourists.

Never treated worse. And I notice that I'm not the only one who was shocked by the obvious rudeness of those behind the counter. MAYBE, if for this proud "gentleman" it would be better for us to shop online (certainly better to give my money to Amazon than to him, at least they say hello and thank you), he is SURELY not suited to interfacing with paying customers. Never to see each other again.

The Doctor didn't answer the phone but his wife, why put my husband in a bad light? We do not rent breast pumps as mentioned on the phone. I told the lady to ask in the larger pharmacies. This wonderful review certainly started because the lady in question asked to bring me the breast pump bought at Grancasa and try to understand why it wasn't working.... So I buy the vegetables from the greengrocer, I come home, I open the bag and I discover that they are rotten and so I take them to the butcher..... Not to mention the racist and ignorant Doctor.... Obviously accustomed to having everything without rules this is the result.

Doctor Grasso is always available and ready to give the best advice. Even on a holiday like today (Easter). Impossible to ask for or find a superior pharmacy.
