안티젠하러 가지마세요 돈 더받습니다; What a fraud! An old lady asked me €20 for covid antigen test.(It's originally €15 with a fixed price) And she even gave me wrong certification form and told me that's the only form they can issue in Firenze. That was totally WRONG because I finally got a new certification at another pharmacy. And the new pharmacy said they couldn't find my test history nor specific test number in the system. So I really doubt if that old lady did antigen test in the proper way.

My husband and I wandered into this farmacia by chance. Initially, we were looking for cold medicine which the lovely lady with the beautiful grey hair provided to us. During the visit I inquired about skin care products. They were available at a discount and with samples!!! I left happy with a bag full of goodies. When I return to Firenze, I will be visiting this Farmacia again.

Dropped into the pharmacy to look for some medicine. The woman behind the counter looked busy, and they didn’t have the medicine I needed, so left. The pharmacist called after me so I went back into the shop and she began shouting to me that I was rude for not saying goodbye as I left the shop, and then turned her back on me so I couldn’t speak to her any longer! Very shocked by this reaction. Would recommend going somewhere else.

Went with my partner to get a prescription from a private Italian doctor. The pharmacist changed his prescription and gave him the wrong medicine. When the Dr became aware she told us to return for the correct medicine and noted a pharmacist is not allowed to change the prescription. We went back and at first told us the medicine was not available in Italy (this was a lie as we visited another pharmacy that ordered it in for him) when we told him this he said he would order it in. Quite surprised at lack of professionalism to change a medication without consultation and also felt there was no attempt to resolve this matter. Would not recommend visiting this pharmacy or if you do, check what medicine you are given.

Top pharmacy! We were able to get booked for a Covid test for the next day and got the result within 15 minutes. Amazing service and it helps that the main pharmacist is very cute ;).
