Unfortunately, even though I live a stone's throw from here, I use it elsewhere, there is never anything and when you order it happens, like today, that it should arrive but instead it doesn't arrive... so a medicine that is urgent and needed now has to wait until Monday... .I'm sorry for the people who work there who are kind but the organization is terrible, they won't see me again

I'll start by saying that I also work with the public, with very very high pace and turnout, so I know some dynamics. I believe that this is the most disorganized pharmacy in southern Rome. Leaving aside the excessive cost of the products compared to other pharmacies, I find it extremely absurd that, even in times of low attendance, the staff manages to make people wait longer than necessary. We don't expect a totally personal express service, of course, but neither do we see people passing you by without having bought a ticket with the excuse of having to ask for information and then be served. So you wait twice as long. In lucky moments, and it has to be good, at least 15 minutes in line. Surely some customers also contribute to slowing everything down, but there are pharmacies where despite the various problems they manage to handle you within 5 minutes. I don't feel like making an opinion on the professionalism of the doctors, I would never allow myself to. But on the organization and customer management my vote is negative. Slow, slow, slow... The neighborhood already has few services, if those few become unmanageable everything becomes very difficult.

neighborhood pharmacy, I called to find out if a simple and very common ophthalmic ointment was available, a very annoyed female voice replied telling me that it was not available either in the pharmacy or from suppliers, dismissing me with a "no, I'm sorry, you can't even find it by ordering it" , obviously changed pharmacy and they ordered it for me immediately. Well, expensive and not very available.

Bad experience, I went to the pharmacy after in the past few days I had been given vouchers to spend for the value of 5 per voucher, today they tell me that I have to reach 20 euros, every 20 deducts 5 euros! pharmacy with friendly and professional staff. the only negative note is that the prices are higher than other pharmacies by a minimum of €2/3; I understand that it is the only pharmacy in the neighborhood but for me it is a shame because I would buy more products instead of ordering them online.
